EOLAS is managed by the Faculty of Law at the University of Adelaide. The service provides free legal advice in the areas of equality law – discrimination, harassment and victimisation – as well as assistance in the preparation of legal documents, statements and preparation for conciliation and court hearings. The program aims to help students become better lawyers by involving them in the entire process of providing legal advice to real clients. Initial appointments are 60-minute interviews in which you discuss your legal issue with two UniSA law students. After the interview, students will discuss their legal issue with a qualified lawyer. Based on UniSA`s City West campus, the legal counseling clinic advises on a range of matters including criminal matters, family, claims, car accidents, rentals and neighborhood disputes. Our services are provided by law students in the past year and supervised by qualified lawyers. The Services are confidential and may assist with legal advice, letters, court documents and dispute resolution. The clinic offers two free legal advice services located on the UniSA City West campus and the Port Adelaide Magistrates` Court.

Outreach Service: Free This service is available if you have a case listed in Port Adelaide Magistrates` Court that needs help or advice in a number of areas, including traffic charges, car accidents and atonement notifications. The Magistrate`s Court Legal Advice Service, which operates out of the Adelaide Magistrates` Court, is a free legal clinic that helps resolve minor civil disputes. The clinic offers an important community service and offers law students the opportunity to apply their legal knowledge and develop their professional skills. The student-run clinic equips students with the clinical-legal skills and knowledge necessary to practice the law. Starting a new business? Do you need commercial legal advice? They can provide support in many areas of law, but do not advise in all areas of law. Composed of law students, you will receive free legal advice under the supervision of qualified lawyers. In 2022, we will offer free legal advice through our secure and confidential tele-legal services. Appointments are available from Tuesday to Friday and can be made by phone at 8302 7436 and by providing your name and phone number. Flinders Legal Advice Clinic can provide legal advice on matters where the amount in dispute does not exceed $12,000.
The clinic aims to create an educational environment that promotes access to justice and encourages law students to be client-centered ethical practitioners. We develop practical legal skills by providing our law students with innovative, interesting and challenging educational opportunities and an educational environment where students are encouraged to ask questions and learn from their mistakes. The clinic supports those who might otherwise be denied access to justice due to financial or social disadvantage and offers different styles of services and advice between locations. The Disability Advocacy Finder is a tool provided by the Ministry of Social Services (DSS) to identify contact information and locations of disability rights organizations.
