Wallace holds a bachelor`s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and a master`s degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University. Rick Wallace is President and Chief Executive Officer of KLA and a member of the Company`s Board of Directors. He joined KLA Instruments in 1988 as an Applications Engineer and has held various general management positions during his 30+ years with the company. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Ultratech Stepper and Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Khan joined KLA in 2004 as Head of Business Development before moving on to manage several product areas. In 2007, he was appointed General Manager of the Optical Films Metrology Division and was recently named Group Vice President for the Patterning Division, which included crosshair inspection, optical CDs, overlay and 5D process control. Ms. Little received her J.D. from Stanford University School of Law and a B.S. in finance from San Jose State University.
