[8. Status. – Social agents have the status of executive employee of the factory and are subject to the same rules regarding expense allowance, bonus, pension fund, vacation, housing, medical facilities and others that apply to the executive employee of the factory. 2. Retirement. – The age of retirement pension of a social worker is the same as for other senior managers of the factory.] (c) in the event of death or invalidity resulting from accident or illness: [13. Exemption. – The State Government may, if it considers it expedient, exempt any person from all or part of the qualifications or age restrictions prescribed in rule 9 if that person (vii) holds a degree in human resource management from the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and Development, Lucknow, a. (d) hold a degree from a legally constituted university; (2) Employees` Provident Fund Act, 1952; and the rules contained therein; (ii) withholding of supplements, including interruption at any level of effectiveness; 2. Age and qualifications. – No person may be appointed as a social welfare officer unless: (k) he is responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of all applicable laws and labour systems, including the following: provided that no request for exemption under this rule is made after the person concerned has already been appointed.] (i) a legally established university degree in social sciences or labour protection or in labour relations and human resources management; (b) (i) he is at least 21 years of age at the time of appointment if he is in grades I and II: (b) the allowance payable to a social welfare officer is lost in full. If the vacancy has existed for less than three months, the resident may, with the prior written consent of the Commissioner of Labour, appoint a person who is not qualified under Rule 9: to be appointed as a social welfare officer for that period. [10. Probation. – 1. All appointments are made on a permanent basis, but candidates are initially granted a probationary period of one year, renewable for up to one year in special cases and for reasons to be specified in writing. (5) Notwithstanding paragraph 1, (a) he is a citizen of India or a subject of Sikkim; Second, the probationary period cannot be extended without the written consent of the labour commissioner, who must also give reasons for his decision.
